Dear Parents:
We have provided
extended care to accommodate your busy schedule. Below is a listing of various
costs for extended care on a monthly basis.

NOTE:
1. Parents who are
not on a monthly contract for Morning /After Care will be charged $4.00 per
hour per child.
2. Parents who are on
a monthly contract will be billed by the contract agreement except for August,
December, and Spring break month. (See paragraph 4)
3. There are major additional
charges for late pick-ups after 5:45 PM. They are:
1-10 minutes $5.00: 11-30 minutes $15.00: 31-45
minutes $20.00; 46-60 minutes $25.00
Please note: Parents,
you receive a warning on your first late pickup but may be disallowed to
participate in Extended Care after the second late pickup offense.
4. When there is less
than 20 days in a billing period, the parents under a contract will be charged
by the hourly rate not to exceed the contract agreement for
the month.

I understand the
Statement of Cooperation policy for the school applies to Extended Care.
Payments are due by
the 15th of the month, a $5.00 late fee will be assessed after the
15th of the month. Student will be dis-enrolled from extended care
if
bill not paid by the
20th.
