____*The above fees are non-refundable except
in case of class cancellation. All fees are due
immediately upon withdrawal of student.
____*There is a two month processing fee for
early withdrawal for Military PSC orders before
school is out.
____*NOTE: Full Tuition in its entirety and all fees are due immediately if
parents voluntarily
withdraw students from
school. There is a two month processing
fee for students
whose parents show proof their
job was transferred out of the city.
LATE FEES:
____*Tuition payments received in the office
after the 5th of the month will incur a $15.00 late fee.
____*Extended Care payments received after
the 15th of the month will incur a $5.00 late fee.
____*It is required that Parents read and
sign a Statement of Cooperation.
DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE FOR TUITION:

DISCOUNT – 5% tuition discount for families with more than one child attending.
BOOK FEES:
All books are the property of the school
except for paid A.C.E. paces.
* Lost
textbook, etc., - full charge to replace book plus shipping and handling.

Retake pace - $5.00 per pace if in stock, $10.00 if pace is not in
stock.
MATERIAL FEE:
These monies provide funds for classroom,
teacher supplies and cleaning supplies.
Children are responsible to bring their own
lunches. Milk/soda/juice may be
purchased at the school.
Living Water Christian School admits

1. We agree to
enroll our child(ren) in Living Water Christian School for the 2008/2009 school
year and agree with
the following rules and policies as they apply to the
following fees:
REGISTRATION FEES: Covers First Aid Station/Office Supplies.
Registration Fee is $ 45.00 for returning students.
Registration Fee is $ 50.00 for new students.
LOCKER FEES: There is a $15.00 locker fee for maintenance
. LWCS locks will be issued. There is a $15.00 fee for lost LWCS issued locks.
BOOK FEES:
Book Fees pay for Teacher Curriculum and all testing material.
Book fees are:
$170.00 for Kindergarten (K4-K5)
$175.00 for grades 1-8
$ 55.00 for each A.C.E. course
All books are property of Living Water Christian
School except for paid A.C.E. paces.
This helps us keep the cost down.
All books will be ordered through Living
Water Christian School.
MATERIAL FEE:
Teacher’s Supply/Janitorial Supplies
There is a $60.00 material fee due by February 1st,
a $5.00 late fee is due after February 5th.
WALK-A-THON
FEE: This is the school’s only
fund raiser. It maintains the maintenance of the buildings
and playground. It also allows us to
purchase
needed items to advance the school toward it’s end goal of a High School and new Chapel.
Tuition fees are paid in 11 installments beginning 1st
August through 1st June.
All monthly installments are due on the first of each month with
a $15.00 late
charge for payments received after the 5th of each month.
K4-K5 Tuition
Fees are $225.00 per month for 11 months. (Total
Due: $2,475.00)
1st-12th Tuition Fees are $225.00 per month for 11
months. (Total Due: $2,475.00)
Family discounts will be applied as applicable.
NOTE: Tuition is to be paid in full if parents
willingly withdraw students early. This
is not a monthly contract but a binding contract for the full tuition
amount of $2,475.00.
Parents with job transfer or PCS orders will be
charged a two (2) month processing fee. A copy of Letter of Transfer/PCS Orders is
required.
2. We
understand that report cards will be held by the School Administration until
all accounts plus late charges are
paid in
full.
3. As per
the Statement of Cooperation, any account is considered delinquent 5 days after
the due date, and if all
delinquent
payments have not been brought up to
date after 10 days have elapsed, the student will be suspended
until
payment has been made. All monthly
payments are first applied to fees such
as registration, locker fees,
books,
material fees, insurance, extended care, etc., including the first installment
of tuition, except in case of
class
cancellation.
